Storyline The Ferrari Dino Girl
It's nighttime in Prague, 21 August 1968. Soviet troops and tanks are occupying the city - random attacks, soldiers shooting, bodies lying dead on the sidewalk. With an impromptu crew, the director (Karel Roden) captures some unique evidence - material which is, however, worthless in occupied Prague; it has to be shown to the rest of the world. So, while the Soviets are concocting false reports of heartfelt receptions without military resistance for propaganda purposes, the director sets off on a risky trip across the closed Czech-Austrian border to Vienna.Movie details

So, while the Soviets concocted false reports for propaganda purposes of hearty welcomes without military resistance, the director set off with the footage on a risky trip across the closed Czech-Austrian border to Vienna with the help of Jana, the most beautiful girl in Prague: the Ferrari Dino Girl.
The Ferrari Dino Girl tells the dramatic story of how those shots were made, and the harrowing trip he and his friends made to get the footage across the border to Austria where it would then air globally to over 1 billion people. “More people than a Steven Spielberg movie!”
The Ferrari Dino Girl Jan Němec Jan Nemec´s new film is the third of loosely connected autobiographical stories ( Late Night Talks With Mother , 2001 and Landscape Of My Heart , 2004) that are distinguished by their idiosyncratic style, combining autobiographical elements with dramatised reality.
The Ferrari Dino Girl describes the circumstances surrounding Němec filming of the Soviet invasion on the streets of Prague on 21 August 1968. Out of this comes four reels of invaluable footage, that had to be shown to the rest of the world.
Googling, I came across a review of a Czeck film, titled "The Ferrari Dino Girl." The Czeck title appears to be "Holka Ferrari Dino" ("Holka" I understand is not a polite word usually, but is probably used here affectionately).
Out of my favorite scenes in movies, I have just gotten together the top 2 scene from Las Vegas Vacation movies where Christie Brinkley (the girl in the Ferrari) passes by Chevy Chase and his ...
The Dino 206 GT, 246 GT and 246 GTS are V6 mid-engined sports cars produced by Ferrari and sold under the Dino marque between 1967 and 1974.. The Dino 246 was the first automobile manufactured by Ferrari in high numbers. It is lauded by many for its intrinsic driving qualities and groundbreaking design.
Dino (Italian pronunciation: ) was a marque best known for mid-engined, rear-drive sports cars produced by Ferrari from 1967 to 1976. The marque came into existence in late 1956 with a front-engined Formula Two racer powered by a brand new Dino V6 engine. The name Dino was used for some models with engines smaller than 12 cylinders, it was an attempt by the company to offer a relatively low ...
