The movie is a gripping drama, involving the watcher from the beginning right to the end. The only complaint I have about the movie is that the stars -- Norma Shearer and Tyrone Power -- in representing the love affair between Marie Antoinette and Count Axel von Fersen -- don't have the super-strong personal chemistry that is needed.
